Professional lawn
Professional lawns are a relatively new sector in horticulture. This includes golf courses, football and other sports lawns, common green areas of residential complexes or parterre lawns, lawns in parks and gardens. Care of such territories should be with the least energy and human costs: a minimum of watering and dense green grass throughout the growing season.
On professional lawns, seeds are sown that are resistant to trampling and solar radiation. Lawns on uneven landscapes require special anchoring conditions to keep them from rolling down the slope and contain erosion.
Preparing a site for a lawn involves not only leveling and compacting the top layer, but also thoughtful drainage and laying geogrids if the lawn is on a slope. SatoSoil® Biome broad spectrum soil conditioner is used to replenish and preserve the fertile soil layer. This soil conditioner contains a mixture of sapropel deposits and lowland peat, has a general healing effect, gains the friability of humus and doesn’t contain weeds and a bioactive pathogenic environment, characteristic of other organic fertilizers – manure, bird dung, compost and vermiculite.
